Elephant Ears

I have always wanted to try puff pastry, so when I stumbled on this recipe I jumped on it!

Start out with thawed puff pastry

Roll out into an 11-in. x 8-in. rectangle. Combine 1/4 cup sugar and 1 tsp. cinnamon and sprinkle over pastry.

Roll up the short sides to meet in the middle. Cut into 1/2 inch slices and place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

Bake at 375 for 12-15 minutes.

They're pretty cute and the texture is so light!
